❏ Press the green paper release lever down. This creates a space between the

rubber rollers that feed the paper through the receipt printer mechanism.

❏ Insert the leading edge of the paper into the paper inlet slot on the bottom of

the receipt printer mechanism. Keep feeding the paper into the inlet until

the leading edges comes out the other side of the receipt printer mechanism.

❏ After making sure that the paper is straight and centered, pull up the green

paper release lever to lock the paper in place.

❏ Pull up on the excess paper to tear it off on the metal straight edge.

❏ Gently lower the receipt printer mechanism back to its original position and

close the printer cover.
