APPENDIX

When the slip printer is used with independent mode, the baud rate cannot

be set to 19200 BPS. If DIP switch 1 is set to OFF and switch 2 is set to ON,

the baud rate becomes 9600 BPS.

Important!

When the customer display is used, set the DIP switches as listed below. If the

DIP switches are not set correctly, the customer display will not appear.

Switch 1 : ON

- - - - - - - - Baud rate : 9600 BPS

Switch 2: ON

Switch 3: ON - - - - - - - - - Data length : 8 bits

Switch 4: ON - - - - - - - - - Parity check : Disable
